2022 65th Anniversary

“Aloha Osaka”

Peace Bridge will host a
“Aloha Osaka” event in September 2022
at Holy Family Home!

For over 60 years – since 1957 – the annual tradition of hosting Japanese orphans in Hawaii endured.
Even wars in the Middle East did not affect the dedication of all involved, and the tradition went on.

Until the COVID. The pandemic travel restrictions made it impossible to host the children in 2020 and 2021.
The disappointment cannot be described.

2022 marks the 65th anniversary of the summer visits by children from the Holy Family Home.
While COVID restrictions have eased, it once again proved impossible to host the children in Hawaii this summer.
This landmark 65th anniversary must be honored, and legacy continued.

The Event Will Include

  • Hawaiian Entertainment

  • Luau by Chef Mark Noguchi

  • Games

  • Gifts & Prizes For All the Children
